Hello, I currently study civil engineering in Georgia (2nd year of 4) . I want to choose structural engineering as a field of study. Is it possible to choose mechanical (aerospace) engineering as masters degree in US or Germany?

Hello Guys, I am international student from Georgia, Caucasus studying Civil engineering (1st year). I would like to study in Grad school in USA or somewhere else (in English). I have some questions. I have awful grades this year (GPA around 1.0) there are many reasons for this. Will this definitely be setback for me? Even If I have near to 4.0 GPA in last three years? I am also working as construction manager assistant and interpreter. Project I am working at is done in Germany and communication language is english. Is this any kind of advantage? How important is GRE? GRE Subject tests? Is there anything I can do apart from issues above that can help me to gain advantage or enhance my admission chances? thank you in advance
