Hi Everyone, I'm finishing my MA in history this school year and I've been thinking of back up options, in case, I don't get into my favored PhD programs. University of Pennsylvania is offering an MPhil in Liberal Studies (http://www.sas.upenn.edu/lps/graduate/mphil) and I thought this might help make my PhD application stronger. Does anyone know something about this program, its prestige, reception, rigor, selectivity? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! F
