Anyone have an idea how NPSIA looks at GPA? CGPA, Last 2(I know the poli sci graduate program at Carleton uses this), program GPA? I have a lackluster 3.2 CGPA due to a bad semester second year (family issues) - The last two and Program GPA are both 3.8. Would they consider the dramatic upward swing and program GPA more than the CGPA? Sorry for the cliche and annoying questions, but I'd rather not get my hopes up if I don't stand much of a chance as far as GPA is concerned.
