Wow, that is unreal, though it makes sense at this point. Amazing that they don't send an e-mail letting the U know that they aren't receiving anything. One e-mail would have saved a whole bunch of wasted anxiousness.

Yep, I'm pretty sure they did. And I plan to reject the award even if i get it just to spite them. HA!!!!! Take that US/ED. We are not a bunch of groveling graduate students who will just do whatever it takes to get your stupid money (right???)
