I have got admission at civil& environmental engineering at CMU, but this program is lasting for only one-year. I was wondering whether it is worthy to take this degree, because it seems not that regular compared with counterparts at other top universities. if i want to pursue a Ph.d program, what should i do? thank you! p.s. i have deferred this admission and hesitating whether should i go to CMU.
