Hi, I'm an Electrical Engineering senior in Turkey. My GRE scores are Q:162, V:140 and 87 Toefl. My GPA is 3.57 and my rank in my department is 3, and 13 in my university.I applied to several Top 20 universities, but I have been declined. So, do you have any suggestion to me with this stats? Sorry for this kind of post, but I'm really in a hard situation. I don't know what to do. Thank you.
