I've been accepted to the Georgia Tech's Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and I chose not to waive my rights to get access to recommendation letters! How can I see them now that I recieved a positive answer from GaTech?

Good afternoon, I manage to applicate for Georgia Tech's Master's Degree In Electrical and Computer Engineering Program. I wonder if it is possible to get the GRA while being a Graduate student? And will it exempt me from paying the registration fees ? Thank you.
