I'm planning to do a research project and interested in studying the variables PsyCap, perceived organizational support, positive mental health and job performance in an org. Instead of just studying the impact, I'm thinking about the new aspect that I can give to this research and a new contribution that I can make to the field. I need your help on this perspective in terms of discussion. Please pour in your views and discuss what new angle can we give to researches on PsyCap as it has been proved already that it helps in enhancing well-being, productivity and performance.
