Can someone please help for picking up universities

Hi friends, I need help for picking up grad schools.I am 2011 IIT Madras Graduate Dual degree in aerospace engineering(CFD background).I am planning to apply for Ms in computer science for fall 2014. I have GRE score of 313(167(quant)+146(verbal)) I have CGPA of 6.67/10 I have 2 years experience in IT industry I wish to pursue career in machine learning. Friends can you please suggest decent universities for my profile.
