Hi! I am a student in the Philadelphia area. I am finding a way to merge industrial organization psychology with developmental psychology to understand the workplace and how children of the employees are affected by it. I am trying to find a measure for parental involvement any clues? I have found the majority of the measures for the parents but none for the children. Are their any scales out there that measure expressions of other people, present happiness, future happiness for children?
