Thank you very much for your answer DeciBELLE! Actually I cannot pay even one dollar for Ph.D. so the money sounds great. However, I have some concerns on BC's academic qualification. Maybe they are great but I have no much information about them and trying to understand their position in the academic world. Now just still waiting for CUNY. If they reject me, at least I will have only two choices

Hello, I have been offered admissions to the two Ph.D programs: University of Washington/ Near and Middle Eastern Studies and Boston College/ History. Also I made a telephone interview and I think CUNY also will come with an admission offer. What can you suggest me about them in terms of academic quality, cities, school's reputation after graduation etc? I would like to hear any idea. Boston College gives a 5 year funding and UW just gives for the first year. For other years, I will have to apply for scholarship-assistantship... Briefly, I am really confused. Thank you very much.
