Looks like that Facebook post was by an academic named Theresa Robbins Dudeck, who holds a PhD and is a university instructor. Whatever Fulbright grant she's talking about, it's not the student program that most of us have applied for.

That sounds really encouraging! fulbright_to_India, do you have a source for this? I know there are 80 US scholar grants, but I hadn't heard anything about the US student grants that most of us are working for.
