I would like to know if this is decent program for a M.S. and also how hard is to get in this university, my main interest areas are on machine learning and data mining. What other choices i can review?

Im planing to apply to a M.S. program on computer science my main interest areas are data mining, KDD and machine learning. Which are some decent universities to apply?, i dont have any publication or job experience and im foreign. Im thinking on UCI or UC Davis how hard is to get in at those options?, do anybody know a decent M.S. program?. I would like stanford or ucla but i know is hard to get in, i want a plan ( b ) just in case my application to UCLA comes out wrong. Any other good choices?
