I visited a school that said they would fully reimburse my visit and I paid for the lowest cost airfare of $700 for the days I was visiting. However, I just got my reimbursement check in the mail for $450. I'm really excited to even get into the school and to travel and get half of the reimbursements, but I'm frustrated that I've been expecting $700 back for the past few weeks. I emailed and asked if there was a mistake, but I'm doubtful there was. Has anybody else had a "bad" experience like this?

I've gotten an official acceptance email and email to set up travel for the visitation day Mar 13th and 14th. Didn't have any interview. Haven't posted (anything) to the results.

Thanks for the response! I'm applying to PhD programs. Maybe I should block myself from this website for a few weeks...

There are a lot of other posts on here about admissions, and of course there is the admission results page, but I want to hear from people applying to top CS schools (or who have gone through this in the past). I've seen a number of interviews/acceptances come through the results page, but haven't heard back from any schools. My 2 questions are: About what % of grad schools have an interview process? Have I been filtered out of the process from most schools because I haven't heard from any schools yet?
