I'm interested in phonetics and phonology, and it appears that IU really doesn't have any people that focus entirely on sound in French Ling.

I'm applying to a PhD in French linguistics, and I was wondering what school had an overall better program and better reputation between UT - Austin and IU - Bloomington. All thoughts and opinions are welcome! Thanks!
