You would maybe really like CMU. I went there for undergrad and the grad program is rigorously concept-drive, with support for a wide range of mediums. Also their studio for creative inquiry has a lot of support / collaboration opportunities for code-based work which seems relevant. Golan Levin who heads it is really well known within the new media community. Honestly, look at the work done by recent grads as well as the faculty.
