Yesterday I got a rejection e-mail for the MSc ECE program. They are probably sending the letters of admission or rejection around these days.

Hello, I think you should call or send an email to the department asking about the status of your application. I applied to the Electrical Engineering Department and they have already sent all the acceptance and refusal letters (also the waiting list, I think). They stated the deadline to respond the offers to be May 1st. I am not sure if that deadline is for every engineering Department but asking would do no harm. Cheers.

Not yet, I'm waiting some responses from the Department before rushing into anything. But I will accept most likely.

Hi. I am being assigned to the Telecommunications and Signal Processing Group under the supervision of Professor Harry Leib. He told me that the funding will be confirmed after the acceptance, so I'm not very sure if it is guaranteed or not.

Congrats, I also got an official offer of admission but I'm worried about the funding. Have you heard about any funding to the program?

To anyone out there: Do you know if acceptances to master degree (research option) in Mcgill offer a funding package?

I contacted the Graduate Office Assistant of the department, and he told me that no professor has officially registered in my M.A.Sc. application at the present time. So, for U of T, if you want to contact someone for information on your application status, you could contact the Graduate Office Assistant of the Department.

Do the Canadian Universities take longer to respond than the US ones or it's just my impression?
