Anyone applied for TAMU's Ocean Engineering Program? I applied and submitted my credentials last December but is still waiting for a decision. Anyone who applied this program has got a final decision from TAMU ?

I got the admisson letter from Upenn SEAS about 2 weeks ago, MS program in Mechanical Engineering. The letter hopes me to make decision and fill the admission forms before the priority deadline, which is Feb.21th. At the same time, I am very confident that I can get good news from University of Michigan, Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Should I choose the Ivy-League or the Engineering-Centric University? Really need advice!
