I did call Jonathan Akeley...they said they had no idea as to when the notifications would come. Also, the woman I spoke with said she was getting 'hundreds' of calls. She did not, however, seem irritated with me. She was very sympathetic:/

Feeling the same about Australia. My committee is confused as to why nothing yet. Still waiting. I keep thinking about '...Final status notifications go out as early as February and can go out as late as June, depending on the country .' June ? Oi

Do you think we'll hear tomorrow?

I figure about two weeks, give or take, for notifications based on the spreadsheet from the last few years. Distractions are good, and we've all gotten this far. There are so many people who don't even finish the application process and look at how far we've come. Yoga, meditation and moving onward with research is helping me. Good luck everyone and I hope you can all distract yourselves until emails go out. cheers!

Yay! I'm not doing an interview...are you? It's all very confusing. 'Some' of the candidates are doing them? Are you 'at large' or affiliated with a University? No news=good news? I look at it this way-if I don't get it this year, I'll do it next year. But I'm trying to be optimistic. Good luck to you!
