I'v got 670/800 in GREgre general and 870/96% in math subject test. But.. because of my baaaad English, my TOEFL score is just 84. Can I be a consideration at top graduate schools like Harvard or Berkeley(which minimum TOEFL score is less than 84)? If not, I don't want to waste my application fee.. I will appreciate if you give some advice. Thank you.
