Curious if anyone in the New Jersey/New York area is planning to attend the NJSHA Convention in Long Branch on either Thursday or Friday. I am scheduled to go on Thursday and will be attending a presentation on autism. It should be exciting! I believe there is a student luncheon on Thursday, too.
I would also look into the Ohio State Summer Intensive Programs for speech and hearing sciences (all online courses). I took three prereqs there last summer and I believe they offer everything that Seton Hall requires. It's also not that expensive for out of state students either. It might be after the deadline to sign up, but it could be worth emailing the coordinator of the program. Good luck!
I'm so curious to know if they've accepted everyone that they are going to accept...at least for the time being. I still don't know their decision about me...so nervous!
I'm almost positive Monmouth had their spring break this past week. That could be the reason you weren't able to get through. Maybe they decided to go to the office one day this week, make a few calls, and plan to finish up next week! My fingers are crossed for us! Hang in there guys!
In the same boat and super depressed about it. Hopefully we will hear some good news soon!
All that being said, a big congrats to those who have heard from Monmouth!
Hey...Monmouth received their accreditation a few months ago and the SLP program will be up and running this summer. They sent out a letter in December/January to let applicants know. I believe they said they will be sending out admission decisions between March 15th and the 30th. Good luck with everything!!!
Hey, I have not heard yet, but I do know people have heard. I believe they are on spring break this week but start up again on Monday. Here's hoping for good news...good luck to you!
I haven't heard from them either and it's making me very anxious. It looks like their spring break is this upcoming week - I am wondering if they will hold off on sending any new responses until after this week.
