Hi, I just got accepted to CUNY on a 30,000 dollar fellowship. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with international students finding housing in NYC? Is it more difficult, are there lots of issues with not having a guarantor? Graduate housing from the Graduate Center seems to be about 995 a month including most utilities. Is this reasonable?
