Me too (applying for BioE). However, I know someone from my university who already got admitted on Friday two weeks ago. He was also offered a funding of 20,000 $. I am guessing rejections are coming... I also sent them an e-mail (no response) and tried to call the graduate admissions office but never got an answer (voicemail). Sorry for the bad news...
