  1. Thank you so much and thank you for all your advice/help, I am most likely going to go for UF (as it was my first choice). I am actually from S. Florida, so Nova would be so convenient with cost of living and I know the area. University and program, my heart is more towards UF. Thanks again for your comments, truly appreciate it!
  2. I am having a hard time deciding between University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University. I also really liked Florida State University, but I am on the wait list, so I haven't really thought much about making a 'pros and cons' list! It is such an awesome feeling to be accepted from some of my top choices, but definitely makes it that much harder. Visiting again would be so hard because I am over 12 hours away (flight) and plane tickets are about 800-1000$ :/. I have only talked to UF's current students and definitely think I should contact NSU's students, but was not really sure how to go about that, should I just contact the department for a current students email? From what I have researched about both schools..UF has very little cons (I think location was just about the only one). Nova, on the other hand, I felt very comfortable with the faculty and felt very welcomed during the interview, but it will definitely be more expensive since it is a private university. They are both NASP accredited, which is definitely important. I was very happy with UF when I went to the campus for interview day, I think I am just one of those people who will have thoughts in the future, like 'what if I went to ___ university instead'
  3. I am just so confused on what program to choose ! Anyone on this same boat? I have done pros and cons for both Universities and one has more pros than the other, but I can't help still thinking about the other program. I had such a good feeling about both after interviewing. The school that has more CONS than pros on my list, I felt a little more comfortable when I was speaking to them than the other school. I am not sure if it was only because the one with more pros was my very first grad school interview and I was really nervous (lol).
  4. Thank you so much for your help !
  5. Thank you ! That is good to know that I am not the only one, but still stressed over the wait. I read that posting, during my UF interview, I heard that it was only 15 minutes long and not worth it. I totally agree flights are extremely expensive. I only flew for one interview and will be doing the rest through Skype/phone, I cannot keep affording the 1,000$ flight :/ However, I did not know about them not offering a phone or Skype interview and that is really upsetting as it was in my top 3 choices. Thanks again and good luck to you as well
  6. Wow! I am so glad I found this forum, but only wish I knew about it during my application process. I am totally stressed out over the waiting game and trying to fit the interviews with my current schedule (especially the time zone difference). I applied to 9 schools (mostly Ed.S). I have heard from all except I have not heard back from University of Central Florida, Florida International University, Northern Arizona University, and University of Nevada - Las Vegas. Should I be concerned?
  7. I applied to Northern Arizona University, but have yet to hear back from them. Have heard from NAU?
