I contacted Penn today. I got a " I've sent your message along to Prof. Nathans, and he may be able to tell you where the committee is regarding its final decisions. Good Luck to you." whomp.

I emailed Hadley. If I hear anything I'll also relay the message.

They didn't specify. The response I got was "All decisions regarding PhD applications will be released this week." I emailed UCLA also...but no response.

Just a heads up: Georgetown said all decisions will be out this week.

Oh I see. I think it will always say "submitted" I was just curious to see if there was a change and a section titled "decision" popped up. There is still hope though!

Based on last year's results, UCLA should send notifications 2/15-2/18. Fingers crossed for a happy start to the week!
