Good! IPS is quite a new program but its quality is one of the greatest. Especially, concentrations are very focused on global hot issues from energy, health to security and democracy. Moreover, it has its own prestigious research centers and great academic reputation, which attracts me most since I am thinking of doing phd someday.
For me, I am from South Korea and have work experience of 1.5 year in international development (more than 2 years including internships). My verbal and writing GRE score is around 80 percentile and math is 98. Since they require an academic writing sample, I spent much of time on translating and improving my graduation thesis as well as writing sop.
