When did you submit your application to Johns Hopkins? I submitted mine very close to the deadline, which was just over a week ago, and I haven't heard anything yet. (i.e. Do you think they have rolling admissions, or is this not a good sign?)

I am applying to PhD Chemistry programs. My GPA and GRE scores are low. I only have a 3.1 and a 3.3 in my major. I also only got a 620 Q and 500 V on the GRE, but I do have two years of research experience. What are my chances of getting into a PhD program, and are there any suggestions on where to apply? Should I consider a MS instead, and what would my chances be there?
