I applied for Graphic design of Cal arts.
They said they're gonna send me a final result this week.
I can't believe I still haven't heard back from CalArts Photo! I'm trying to be patient but it's really hard! What are people doing to cope with the waiting?

I got rejected from Pratt Communication design MFA via snail post mail. But there is nothing from CCA Design yet. I don't know what happened.
Has anyone heard something from CCA Design and Pratt Communication programs?

Sure. I did my interview with Andrew Freeman last Thursday and my status was changed to accepted on Saturday morning.

Hi y'all, I've been following the forum for a while, and thought I'd say hi. I attended CalArts MFA interview last week, and was wondering if anyone has heard back from admissions. I saw on the Grad Cafe Survey that someone was accepted to the Photo and related media program via the website. Is the website the application one, or the VIP cal arts page? Any news about CalArts MFA would be great.

I heard they might send it today or through this weekend. But did you get it already? Ohhh
Help! I know I mentioned a part of this before, but I have to choose between 3-year SAIC (waiting to hear back about $), 3-year CalArts (ditto, but unlikely), and 2-year MICA ($11900 annual scholarship) for an MFA graphic design. Someone mentioned really great things about SAIC, but can anyone offer any advice on CalArts or MICA? I'll be flying to the schools soon to make my decision, but some insight would definitely be appreciated!

I interviewed for MFA visual communication design but I was rejected at the final. The school was just awesome and the ranking of SAIC is also pretty high level.

Conrats! I went to SAIC last year, the school was placed in the city. Also there are a lot of facilities for students to use for graphic design. It was really awesome !! I totally recommend SAIC
Hi! I'm new to the forum and thought that I might ask for some information about schools...
I just got accepted to SAIC and CalArts for their respective 3-year graphic design programs and am waiting to hear back from a couple of more schools before deciding. Does anyone know anything about them and would be able to offer some advice? I'll be visiting the schools soon to see for myself, and I know that SAIC has a great letterpress, etc, and has a little bit of money that they might be able to offer, and I also know that the program at CalArts is really incredible but has close to zero chances of offering me any kind of funding.
Any words would be appreciated! Thanks!

Where did you check? in admission hub?
I checked Parsons portal and it says "Congratulations on your acceptance and we look forward to seeing you at The New School. " Does this mean I am accepted ? It does not have a personal message so I was not so sure.

i feel like a BAAAAM from Phil Collins, Trailer Park Boys.
Pretty sure I'm not going to hear from anyone else but who gives a fuck? Truly with all the rejections coming in, I was sure I was going to be smote by the universe this time around. This thing is a crap shoot.

I definitely go there so am looking for housing.
How can I find accomodation near the school in Valencia?
