Hey OMG I'm so glad I found this thread. I've kinda had the same problem myself. I was contacted by a potential supervisor way back in February..he wanted to schedule an interview over Skype (since I wasn't in the country). I gave him my Skype ID and he added me and everything but I still haven't had my interview. I've emailed him a couple of times but he's responded vaguely about when we'll actually talk...saying stuff like 'Oh contact me anytime next week'. I've messaged/called him on Skype and I sent another email two days ago but I haven't had a response yet. One of my uncle's a PhD and he knows what it's like so he's been telling me to ping him on Skype as often as I can, but it just doesn't seem right. I really don't know what to do! Has this professor forgotten about my application? Or is he just busy? Should I wait for him to schedule a proper interview or should I keep trying myself? It would be great if someone could help me out. I'm so sick of stressing out over this! Thanks:)
