I did get the impression that she is a friendly person. That's part of what draws me to the school. It just seems to have such a nice atmosphere about it. I know not everyone uses this site, but I would think that if everyone had been notified, there would still be more than two acceptances posted. Thanks for chatting with me. I wonder if I would be pestering them, if I sent the director an e-mail to inquire about the status of my application. I'm such a nervous wreck, but I really want to go there. I don't really know how a dual program works. I was hoping that perhaps the English department would still notify me of their decision even if the Comm. department wasn't done deliberating, since English would be my primary program.

Really? How do you know they've finished reviewing? I hope that doesn't mean bad news for my application. Maybe I submitted it too late. Thank you for the info and kind words. I'm crossing my fingers too!

Thanks! The waiting is killing me. I submitted my application on Feb. 28th, but I applied for a dual program--the M.A. in English with a certificate in communications, so that may add time on. I hope I hear soon! I'm glad you accepted. It seems like such a great school.

For those who have gotten accepted to Villanova, how long did it take from the time you submitted your application to receive a decision? I'm really anxious to know if I got in. It's my top choice and it looks like a really great school.
