Hey Folks, So I've got my offers in! I've been accepted to Villanova's MPA and received a full scholarship; and today I learned I was accepted to UPenn's Fels MPA with a scholarship of $8,500 per year, totalling $17,000 (towards fees of over $67,000). I'm not sure which one to take and was looking to see what you all thought. I'm an international student so I don't have that local knowledge of quite how their reputations compare. Obviously UPenn is a top-tier Ivy League school, now does Villanova compare? More specifically, does anyone know how their MPA programs compare? Is UPenn worth $50,000 when I could go to Villanova for free? Or is it crazy to say no to the chance to go to an Ivy League school?
