I am in the distance program at UVIC as well for BSW! I have not taken the distance program through UVIC before but I have done a lot of online courses through UFV where I am now, and they usually do not have specific times to do the courses, it usually is set up that you just have to complete certain tasks by the end of each week, so a part-time job should be fine. I am planning on getting the entire program done to graduate in the spring of 2015, and I have 6 young kids and run a charity, so it is possible If you do full courses each semester, then you could finish the entire program in 18 months thanks to summer courses

Oh so awesome!! Did you find it ok finding practicums even though the school was not local?

I applied and am dying to know if I got accepted. I logged in today and it said "selected" do you think this means accepted? How did you know you were accepted?
