Did you call any of the schools to ask them why you were rejected. Sometimes there are errors in the system and if they can give you a reason then at least you know for later applications. I don't know but it might be worth a shot...

I was accepted at Western and Toronto today too. I was wondering if anyone has heard from or applied for OGS at UofT?
