Hi, I was recently accepted to the MA program/dual PhD program. Thanks for being so willing to accept questions, that's very kind of you! I am really interested in attending GMU but I was not offered funding for the first year- I was however offered funding for years following as a PhD student. I'm a single parent and do not believe that I can afford to take on so much debt for the first year (around 21K) so I'm not sure what I'm doing at the moment. Any advice? (I'm told I'm next in line for funding if someone else declines).
