Hey, you guys.
I am currently having trouble making decision.
I have 4 pending status from UCB, Gatech, Stanford, UCLA. However, assuming that I don't get offered admission from those schools, what would be your choice between UIUC and PennState?
UIUC is one of the school gives funding to most of the student but still funding is uncertain, but I was offered an TA from Pennstate (10000$ each for Fall/Spring 6000$ for Summer)
UIUC is considered to be better school but I can save 2 years in PennState.
Also PennState is strong at combustion engineering field, as I know.
And there is a professor doing a research topic which is perfectly matched to my interest.
It seems there are a lot more pros in PennState except for the ranking.
I don't know well because I am an international student. I need sincere opinions from you guys.
