Quick question: When did you apply to csudh?

Can you share what date you were put on pending status? And congrats!

I applied to Csulb and csudh as well. Still waiting to hear from them as well. It definitely is much more exuasting than I thought it would be. Just because of the whole waiting game. But thanks I hope I get into fullerton as well. Hopefully it will take less than 2 weeks to hear back from them! I'll still post when I hear back though!

I called Fullerton today and they informed me I had been put on the waitlist, which made my heart sink a little, but I still haven't lost hope! They told me it would probably take another 2 weeks to for a decision to be made. Oh grad school application process, you are exhausting. But congrats @bnr717 on the acceptance! That's awesome to hear you got admitted! What's your concentration?

Not yet! I called today and the lady told me it will take about 2-3 weeks. So looks like I have another week to go...Will definitely post when I hear back though.

But try and not feel so discouraged! I know it's hard. If all fails you still have next year

Well you still have one last school so just keep that last bit of hope alive! I also applied to csudh and haven't heard anything so I'm not sure if they have sent any letters back but they should soon

I'm sorry to hear that, I would recommend writing or calling csudh and asking when you should be expecting to hear a response. Don't lose hope! Also were you put on "pending status" first at csulb? Or did they just email you giving you the new?

Oh ok thanks! I didn't expect it would be so short. Yeah I haven't heard anything back from csulb either except that I was on pending status. They said that theirs a possibility I wont be notified with a final decision until July. But I will post on here when I hear back from csuf, it'd be great if you did the same

Not sure if this helps but I know if the spaces are full for one program they will offer you the other one. Like if you apply for 2 year and spaces are full they will offer you 3 year if they want you. That's what happened to my friend last year.

That's weird my interview lasted only about 20 mins. That faculty members that interviewed had said from the beginning that it would be brief and should only last about 15 mins. I wonder if that means anything. How many questions did they ask you?

Hey everyone! Just letting ya'll know I'm on the same boat regarding the dreaded "pending status". I turned in my application early November and received an email saying I was put on pending status around Jan 8th! So I can definitely understand everyone's frustration. I attended csulb for my undergrad and didn't realize they were so competitive. I was wondering if anyone who was put on pending status has received admission/rejection yet? Or if they have an idea of how many people are put on that list.

I had my interview at Csuf just yesterday since I applied kind of late, so I'm really hoping I'll get in! Does anyone know how long after the interview they contact you?!
