So I got into a Social Welfare program a month or so ago at a school for a Masters in Social Work, and I accepted the offer of admission. I have since been seriously considering Educational Psychology, and found out that the program I was looking at is still accepting applications. The problem is that the two programs are in the same school, just different departments. If I apply for this other program, will it be frowned upon due to my already accepting an offer from another department? Will this hurt my reputation in the school? Can I even get out of the social work program after accepting the offer? If anyone can help, I would appreciate it so much. Thanks.
