Hi guys, First of all, I would like to apologize for posting such a personal issue on a public thread like this, but I cannot seem to make a decision in which school to attend. I am deciding between PhD program in Bioengineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Master's program in Bioengineering at University of Pennsylvania. UPenn did not offer any financial aid, whereas UIUC offered full tuition waiver as well as minimum of $22,000 in financial support. I guess what I am really asking is, "Is UPenn worth 100k in two years?" Please help me make up my freaking mind. Thanks.
