Hello, I am an undergrad student from India. I am looking forward to applying to Masters in Computer Science in the United States. I have a question. I have a low GPA, but have a couple of IEEE papers that I have published though. What are the chances that I will be able to land an admission in the top 20 US universities for next year's batch?
