Has anyone heard about a wait-list situation? Since a few of you are declining do you think they will open up those spots for others?

Hi I'm new to this forum as well! I applied to CSUEB and CSUN. I was accepted to CSUN but still waiting on CSUEB. It is my number one choice and I'm so scared I didn't get in. Especially a few of you have been saying you got accepted. I checked my account online under application status and it still says it is being reviewed by the department. What does this mean?!? Did I not get in? I'm gonna cry HELP if you know anything! Thanks
