Thank you both very much! Based on that I did some digging and along with the recommendations of Wash, Michigan, Berkely and NC State I found some people who came from from Stanford, Texas A&M, and Rice.

I am completing a masters degree at statistics at a mid-ranked university. I want to go to a good Phd program focusing on statistical genetics, especially cancer genetics. But I don't know which ones are the best programs for this---I have guesses, like Johns Hopkins and Harvard but that's it.
I'd appreciate any help!
