why would you take phd offer of burning bridges?

hi y'all, I am currently taking a Master's course in Seoul, South Korea. I am in my second semester right now. But I applied for a phd program at National University of Singapore and I got accepted!! I am thinking of just quitting the master's course I am taking right now and leave for Singapore. Does anybody have opinions about this? My GRE is not high, my GPA was not high as well, and I did my bachelor's in Seoul. Thanks you in advance!
