Hi, This is Venkata Tilak Uppalapati, from India got admission for PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of South Carolina with out scholarship. I am here to inquire about the funding opportunities like will they provide funding ?Moreover for assistance I would like to know What is the percentage of getting funding for PhD students who didn't get funding initially?
