Rejected from MassArt 2D via snail mail today.

So..I just found out I have an interview at SMFA on Tuesday! They never sent me the initial email. I'm really excited. However.. I had trouble scheduling with work at the last minute and have to the leave the interview day early (after lunch). Does anyone think that will affect my chances of being accepted? I'm so nervous that it will. I'm a painter and hadn't planned on bringing any physical work with me.
