How good is a GRE score of 317 (verbal 155, quant 162)
in GRE/GMAT/etc

Hi,
Above mentioned is my GRE score.
I'm interested in pursuing Masters in economics.
Thinking of applying to schools in USA, UK and Singapore
Completed my BSc in economics from Calcutta university with an aggregate of 61%.
10th marks - 88%, 12th marks - 89%
Could anyone please help me out as to which universities I am eligible to apply for??
