Hi, I am Keshav. Got accepted in VLSI and circuits stream.

I don't have plans for a PhD and want to work after MS for few years and then mostly startup. Which university do you think helps better in this regard? Thanks!

Thank you. I'm interested in circuits for biomedical applications. I am stuck between Purdue's reputation and UCSD's location being close to silicon valley.

Good luck to the lucky few with no rejects yet. I have admits in UCSD and Purdue. Really confused as to what to take! Any ideas guys?

I don't think people are trolling. Must be really jobless to do that here! This time it's been quite different, especially so few people have reported to have been interviewed! Last year several people did. So there seems to be some hope.

Till now , I have noticed that, all those who have got the admits were interviewed. Does it mean others are mostly rejected? :-/

Can anyone who studied in either of these colleges please give some inputs? Any help will be really appreciated.

Hi! I am an international student. I have admits in the above grad schools. I am having a hard time deciding. I do not have plans to do a PhD as of now and would like to work in the VLSI/Biomedical industry post MS. Can anyone help me distinguish these two schools as both seem equally good? Inputs based on Research, Jobs, Reputation, Selectivity, Location, Long Term Value will be really appreciated. Thanks!

Is it just me or have there been lesser interviews this time as compared to last year? Have heard nothing at all. M.Eng EECS.
