GUYS !!!! Huge News !!!!! So I called Sue Brady again (I know you probably think I am crazy) .... I used a different voice than I did yesterday and a different cell number.... She said they are sending out rejections first. So basically you DO NOT want an email from Carelton .... Rejections are going out this week .... if you do not get a rejection email this week (if you do not hear from them this week) then it means you made it on to either the waitlist or admissions.... The waitlist and admissions will be getting emails next week earliest she said and latest is Feb 28. Anyone else freaking out and hoping they dont get an email ???

It is however there is lots you can do with it. You can do counselling for children too. You can work in a youth mental health department. There are lots of opprotunities for that I believe.

I agree. I have called up schools multiple times and ask general questions without revealing my name... that way if i sound like a crazy person and they are starting to feel harassed. .. they wont connect it back to me I just want to know soo badly!

she didnt say ... however i am sure u can call up and ask ... also do you think if we call up and just say "i really need to know if i was accepted or not" then they would just tell us over the phone? I want to know sooo badly ... I cant wait!

Hey ppl applying to 2 year MSW at carelton, I just spoke on the phone to sue Brady and she said that admission decisions are going out in a week to a week and a half so not today .... She said the earliest would be end of the week and latest is last day of feb! Just wanted to provide an update! Hold tight everyone!!!

U of T MSW is a very clinical school. You do not need to worry about that

YES!!! I have been stressing like absolute crazy. All the other schools I applied, I wont hear back till March or April. It would be so nice knowing that I am in somewhere! I have been having dreams already about getting accepted and rejected (in different dreams) from Carelton. Im sooo anxious!!

@b39 1) workload is extensive. They strongly advise NOT to have a job while in school. 2) it is very hard to get in- 20 spots for 740 applicants

Does anyone know when Carelton sent their admission decisions last year?

I literally think about whether or not I will get in EVERYDAY! I applied for the 2 year at U of T, York, Laurier, Carelton, and Windsor. I will likely be getting an apartment and moving out to be closer to which ever school I get into. Is anyone else going to be moving out and getting an apartment? If you do, do you plan on living along or with a roommate? On a different note, does anyone know how to add the "signature" where you can write what schools you have applied to at the bottom of your post? Thanks!

York has 20 spots for 750 applicants. U of T has 120 spots for 800 applicants.

It is opening the very end of OCTOBER i double checked in person today
