Hi all, I'll be applying to MA programs in the U.S. for fall of 2016. I'm planning on finishing my undergraduate career with a stint in Germany, but I won't be able to receive complete transcripts from the university I'll be attending there until ~October '16. If I explain the situation might I be accepted into an MA program in spite of this? Any information would be much appreciated! Else I'll just start sending out emails to the programs I plan to apply to. Thanks!
