Hi everybody. I scored 147 in verbal and 164 in quantitative section. How bad is it? I am applying for PhD program in Structural engineering with 3.5 and 3.67 GPA from bachelor and master degree with 103 in TOEFL. Can I hope getting in Buffalo or Notre dame or Umass or drexel? or should I go with universities ranked 50-100 in Usnews?
