I am wait listed at FSU. Does anyone know how many people they usually have on their wait list?

Hi Guys! I applied to both Kent State and University of Virginia. I've seen on gradcafe that other people are being accepted but I haven't received an email of ANY kind,no rejection, no acceptance. Just nothing! I emailed both schools to ask about this and they both said "we have not sent our admission decisions to all of our applicants yet." Does anyone know what not hearing back means? Am I most likely rejected from these schools?
